So nutty went and bought a sweet bike...that SUCKS. Why? because last year it was easy to follow him around on that POS tank of a steel bianchi he rode. Now his bike is gonna be 5 lbs
lighter. The skinny little bastard is gonna be fast next year. I really got to lay off the chips and beer now...Anyway, I don't know of anyone riding one of these in cola except the little bastard. Here it is:

Where did you purchase the Cervelo from? Competitive Cyclist? Also, what made you go with the Soloist Team (other than price)?

yeah, ebay. great seller actually. thats not the actual auction in the pic, though i looked at that one. I wanted a solid alu. frame, and of the big manufacturers with bikes in my price range, cannondale and cervelo are about the only ones with complete alu. frames. why i dont want a carbon rear end, i cant quite say, though i crashed my steel bianchi twice and it held up well. so i guess i figured alu. is more durable than carbon. might be wrong though. and yes, a bit of cervelo lust. i was very close to a CAAD8 or CAAD9 though. anyways, it rides quite well, fits well, looks awesome, and is unique in Cola.
